I’m Devantae Masaun, co-founder of DealFloor.


I’ve spent the last decade building funnels, teams, and tech that make sales happen. Before DealFloor, I helped manage over 100 reps across multiple offers. 


Every time we brought on a new hire, the story was the same: hours of shadowing, endless roleplay, burned leads, and no clear indication if they were ready. It was chaos disguised as onboarding.
